The Self-Love Aromatherapy Blend, is a  hand blended Pulse point product, in a base of Grapeseed oil. Each oil is pacifically chosen for its properties and Aroma.

Mixed in a 10ml cobalt blue roller ball bottle, which is handy to keep close in times of need.

Self – Love Contains – Grapeseed, Rose, Neroli, Jasmine, Orange.

Rose – Soothing to the emotions, particularly when feeling and dealing with depression and grief. It helps to aid positive feelings about the self.

Neroli – Neroli is very soothing in highly emotional states and helps to instil a feeling of peace.

Jasmine – This oil is calming to the nerves and warming to the emotions. It helps to produce positive feelings of confidence and helps to restore energy while being generally revitalising.

Orange – Helps to spread a little sunshine, and encourages a positive outlook. It is reviving and re-energising when you are feeling lethargic.

How to use: Using the roller ball, rollover the pulse points of the temples, wrists and behind the ear. Before the first use test patch in the crease of the elbow to ensure no reactions occur. If you do have a reaction please stop the use of this oil.
