I am in the process of re-defining my Self Healing Treatment programs.

The treatment programs are currently focused on;

• Bio-Energetic screening ( to help balance the physical body)
• Reiki Healing – with the use of crystals and tuning forks, to help kick start your own healing processes and to release any blockages in your energy system.
• Visualisation techniques – to help you release out dated mind sets and self limiting beliefs.

The healing programs are designed to help you move forward, heal and grow on all levels.
