When living with stress and anxiety No doubt there are times in your life where you feel lost, alone and that your own life, both outwardly and inwardly have stopped moving forward, You may even be feeling this right now !!

Because I have have sat just where your sitting now!!
I to have sat in that dark place where I just couldn't see the light, existing from hour to hour, not knowing how I was going to fix my life and get back on track.
All I wanted to do was to run and hide from everyone and everything, even from myself. I feared life, I feared for my children because if I couldn't function, how could I care for them the way they needed me too!
What Happened next?
At the time I had been a Spiritual healer for 12 years.
One day, I had taken myself off to the moors and sat on a rock in the middle of nowhere contemplating what my next move was going to be, and that's when it came to me.
I already had all the tools with in me to help myself, and I knew that I needed first to reconnect with myself. I joined an online CBT group (which helped a great deal), and hired a life coach to help get my life back on track.
I worked on myself every day, and everyday I got a little better, until I could say that I woke in the morning with joy in my heart. I still continue to work and look after my mental and emotional well being , because I never want to go back to that old way of thinking and feeling.
